DeuSens, finalist in the nextReality Contest awards with the project ‘The Tracers of Paper'

We are thrilled to announce that DeuSens has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious nextReality Contest awards, in the Community Award category, thanks to our project ‘The Traces of Paper', developed for Telefónica and the La Adrada City Council.

This recognition places our studio among the best international projects of the year in the field of immersive technologies and positions us as a benchmark in the development of interactive experiences that combine innovation, creativity, and social impact.

An international nomination that reinforces our track record

The nextReality Contest Awards, held in Hamburg, Germany, celebrate the most outstanding projects in the European and international XR scene every year. They are part of the nextReality.festival, a leading event in the sector that brings together professionals, creatives, and companies for two days to explore the present and future of immersive technology.

The Community Award category, in which we have been nominated, recognizes projects that connect with the public and have a positive impact on the community. Being selected from among all the participants is a validation of our understanding of innovation: technology at the service of people.

An immersive experience to rediscover history

'The Traces of Paper' is a project that combines XR technology and interactivity to highlight the history of the municipality of La Adrada and its key role in the espionage network during the Spanish Civil War. Through an immersive experience created with augmented reality technologies, visitors can explore the streets of the town, unlock hidden content, and reconstruct a unique narrative based on real events.

This project has not only been a technical and creative challenge, but also an opportunity to demonstrate how interactive solutions can be applied in cultural, tourist, and educational environments with tangible results.

The awards ceremony will be held on November 5 in Hamburg, at the Astor Film Lounge in HafenCity, and DeuSens will be there. In addition, as part of the festival, the finalist projects will be presented in an exhibition open to the public, allowing attendees, experts, and professionals to experience firsthand the proposal developed by our team.

This type of recognition reinforces our commitment to technological innovation, the design of meaningful experiences, and the practical application of disruptive technologies in multiple sectors.
