GOAL ACHIEVED
To stand out from the rest of the brands represented at the 2018 Harvest Festival, providing a memorable Hyperexperience among the public.
Grape harvest Hyperexperience
The Harvest Festival is the most special time of the year for the inhabitants of Cariñena and its entire region. A celebration in which everything revolves around the grape, the great legacy of this region, and in which wineries, stores, bars and restaurants participate, on the occasion of the celebration, every year, of the beginning of the grape harvest.
On the occasion of this great celebration, Bodega San Valero wanted to stand out among the public, taking advantage of the party that mobilizes the whole region. To achieve this, it decided to rely on DeuSens Hyperexperience, and as a result of this collaboration, our interactive photocall, FunMirror, came to Cariñena to make the public enjoy and not go unnoticed.
Interaction with the Interactive Photocall
This Hiperexperiencia consisted of an interactive photocall that was placed during the Wine Harvest Festival of Cariñena, in the center of the wine square, where the booths of the brands are concentrated and where the public meets to enjoy the wine and the acts of celebration.
How did this interactive photocall work? The FunMirror consisted of a screen connected to a Kinect camera set up to detect people standing in front of it and capture them through a photograph. Users could visualize their own image on the screen as if it were a mirror and see the countdown to know when the photograph was taken.
Photographs with Augmented Reality
The differential factor of this interactive photocall resided in the use it made of Augmented Reality to gamify the user experience. Through this technology, we were able to incorporate virtual elements to the photographs of the users.
In this way, and in this particular case, the users when placed in front of the FunMirror appeared with virtual elements such as barrels, bottles of wine, glasses, baskets of grapes, or other distinctive elements of the Harvest Festival of Cariñena. In addition, the photographs were taken with a frame around them that included the corporate image of Bodega San Valero.
It was a great success to see how the public crowded around the FunMirror, being surprised to see the different elements that appeared virtually, and taking pictures with friends and family to get their different memory of the Harvest Festival 2018.
