Celebration of the Madrid Horse Week 2021
From November 26 to 28 the IFEMA Madrid site hosted a new edition of the Madrid Horse Week, the largest equestrian event held in our national territory and that, during its three-day duration, brought together the best riders of the international ranking to participate in the World Cup in the disciplines of Jumping and Dressage.
Other major attractions of this unmissable event for lovers of the equestrian and equestrian world were the Horse Show, where attendees could enjoy multiple recreational and educational activities, the Gourmet Corner, a gastronomic area with a wide variety of restaurants, and the Commercial Village, formed by more than 80 stands of companies and brands, where you can find fashion items, equestrian, decorative, veterinary, etc...
The joint team of Somar Soluciones Integrales and Código Visual, who were in charge of preparing one of the stands, decided to count on the Hiperexperiencia of DeuSens to design and install a FunMirror according to the clear theme of the Madrid Horse Week 2021, and with the aim of attracting the public present in the enclosure and allow them to take a souvenir photo, while capturing in turn the data of visitors.
What did this HyperExperience consist of?
For this project, we designed a new FunMirror, our interactive photocall that allows different photographs to be taken, in which users interact with virtual elements superimposed thanks to Augmented Reality. In this way, by using a screen and a Kinect camera, users could take pictures dressed in costumes and decoration of the Victorian era or even pretending to be a rider riding on horseback.
All framed with the corporate image and colors of the client of Somar Soluciones Integrales y Código Visual, getting visitors to take an unforgettable memory of their visit and their passage through the event associated with your brand. And also, getting also get the data of these users through a form to be filled in order to download each of the photographs made with our interactive photocall.
On the other hand, this FunMirror was also programmed and connected to a printer, allowing visitors to take their souvenir photograph in physical format, if they preferred or if they did not have the means to download it in digital format. In this way, thanks to this Hiperexperiencia, the client's stand was one of the most visited and enjoyed by the public, taking a total of about 1500 photographs and getting the data of about 700 leads in total, during the 3 days in which the Madrid Horse Week 2021 took place.
Looking for virality in social networks
This type of technological solutions have proven to be an effective method, not only to increase the interaction with the public in the stand of the event itself, but also to achieve greater digital visibility in social networks. Thanks to our FunMirror, the users themselves had the opportunity to share the photographs taken with their followers unconsciously generating positive brand impacts for the client.
In addition, this new FunMirror had the functionality, not only to download the photo taken in the photocall or print it in physical format, but also to share it directly in the most popular social networks, so that it boosted even more this search for digital visibility and virality in social networks.
