What did the project consist of? Fútbol Emotion saw in this technology the possibility of creating the fair they wanted to do, managing to gather their customers wherever they were, without travel or travel, and saving on time costs, resources and money, organizing an online event that undoubtedly exceeded all expectations of the public and the organizers.

Infinite possibilities in a virtual environment created to measure

Fútbol Emotion, after knowing the possibilities of our tool to carry out Online Events, decided to join the progress and take a new step in its path to be a pioneer in its sector through digitalization and new technologies. This is how it decided to rely on DeuSens Hyperexperience, after which, we deployed all our technological arsenal to achieve a memorable virtual fair for all attendees.
This first virtual fair organized by Fútbol Emotion was aimed at professionals working in grassroots soccer teams and included 7 presentations by inspiring personalities who dealt with topics as varied as club management, marketing or even sports psychology. The main objective of the fair was to create a meeting point between professionals in the sector, to get new contacts or simply exchange professional impressions, revitalizing the sector and generating business in a framework in which Fútbol Emotion was the protagonist brand.

Asspects to highlight of a successful Online Event

The virtual fair took place on two consecutive days and was attended by more than 200 attendees who were able to access all the content generated within the virtual space, with total freedom thanks to the use of fully customizable virtual avatars. As for the virtual space, which was completely decorated with the colors and corporate image of the brand, it consisted of a lobby, which also served as a networking area, a large auditorium where the conferences were held and two areas of stands where companies and brands such as adidas and Nike, among others, converged.
