The Santiago Bernabéu, more than just a soccer stadium

Although it has always been known for hosting Real Madrid's soccer matches, from its conception the new Santiago Bernabéu stadium was planned with the potential to host much more than just soccer matches.

Its dimensions and capacities allowed it to host other types of events and events, such as dinners, cocktail parties, galas and other celebrations. This is how DeuSens, working together with our partner SOMOS Experiences, developed this Hyperexperience at the forefront of technology for the company Locale Events & Soul, in order to use the Apple Vision Pro to demonstrate the advantages of using emblematic places like the Santiago Bernabeu to celebrate events that differ from soccer.

Thus, the Spatial Santiago Bernabéu was born, an immersive experience that transferred the stadium to the virtual world and allowed users to get to know all its corners and possibilities for holding events inside.

 

Combining Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality capabilities

The Hyperexperience consisted of two very different parts that complemented the user's experience to discover all the possibilities of the Santiago Bernabéu as an event venue.

The first used Mixed Reality to introduce an interactive 3D model into the user's real space, modeled in great detail, which the user could move, rotate and zoom in and out to get the best perspective of the model and see its details from an outside perspective.

On the other hand, the second used Virtual Reality to allow users to fully immerse themselves in the interior of the Santiago Bernabeu with total immersion, on the grass, from where they could see the layout and possible set-up of three different types of events; a cocktail party, a gala or a dinner. By selecting them, the stadium instantly adapted to the selected option and the user could interact with the virtual replica through body gestures, playing with its size and rotating it, to get the best perspective of the model.
 

Apple Vision Pro to streamline event conception

Thanks to the immersion caused by the use of the Apple Vision Pro to visualize the virtual stadium, Locale Events & Soul was able to offer a unique and innovative experience that, in addition to satisfying the needs of those clients interested in hiring the Santiago Bernabéu as a space to carry out different events, also provides a professional, innovative and transgressive image of the company, by introducing the latest technologies in the development of its activity.
 
In this way, the direct interaction with the digital model guaranteed users a complete vision of what the new Santiago Bernabéu venue, recently refurbished, could provide as a luxury location for organizing events of all kinds.
