SIMA 2015 is the fair that one of our clients attended, in this case Gilmar. It is an exhibition whose objective is to attract all eyes of the potential public.

The SIMA is the most prominent showcase in the real estate scene and an ideal place to present the available supply. The aim is to present the product they market in a direct way to potential home buyers.

In this edition they presented a wide selection of new residential developments, both in the Community of Madrid and on the Costa del Sol. In addition, we also found a high variety of typologies. From individual luxury villas, townhouses, high-rise housing, penthouses, first floor with garden.... Always in areas of high residential demand and with a variety of finishes and qualities.

The sale of off-plan product is gaining more and more presence after a few years in which it was almost nonexistent. The main feature is that they offer the buyer the possibility of a greater variety when choosing a home. In addition, it is a form of payment extended over time, which allows you to obtain resources for financing.

It is a very appropriate time to buy as prices will tend to rise, especially in premium areas.

In this context, demand will require increasingly higher quality products and housing programs tailored to the needs of the target audience. Two years ago the recovery of the new-build sector began, starting with the Premium areas, but fortunately it is now moving to other market niches.

 

Objective achieved

Gilmar more than achieved the objectives it had set before attending the fair. At the fair it was observed how Gilmar not only sells quality in its products, but also sells innovation, creativity, etc. All thanks to the use of new technologies.
