Faveker® - 3D Viewer

With the idea of providing the maximum possible value to its customers, Faveker® decided to rely on our technological solutions, always using innovation as a differentiating factor. In this case, this new Hiperexperience, consisted in a web configurator that allowed the customer to visualize all types of product, being able also, to modify the different characteristics of the porcelain ceramic pieces such as; size, orientation, type of anchorage, and colors.
 
In addition, the 3D Viewer had a very accessible interface, which allowed the customer to observe in an intuitive and simplified way the multiple options at his disposal. In this way the customer was able to select exactly the one that best suited their needs.

How did this Hyperexperience work?

The 3D Viewer was accessible from any web browser, both on desktop devices and Smartphones, and without the need for external downloads. The customer could access the Viewer 3D easily through the Faveker® website, so he only needed a device with an Internet connection to use it. This allowed the customer to access the complete product catalog, visualizing a hyper-realistic simulation of the selected product, and being able to modify with a simple mouse click aspects and characteristics of the product in real time.

This way, the customer could easily observe all possible options, being able to select his ideal product in a more efficient way. Having the 3D Viewer allowed Faveker® to go a step further, giving its customers the possibility of imagining how the porcelain stoneware would look and being able to see what the final result would be like. It was, therefore, a tool that intervened in the sales process directly, enhancing and optimizing it by providing the customer with new visual stimuli and a surprising new experience to which they are not accustomed.
