Bacteria accumulated in water pipes cause multiple infections and allergic skin problems. For this reason, GRB developed GRB DRY, intelligent faucet based on a revolutionary system that evacuates, in a simple and comfortable way, the water retained after its previous use.
Thanks to this they get avoid the development of bacteria, since, after closing the faucet, automatically empties all retained water, thus avoiding stagnant water, the main focus of proliferation of bacteria.
The App GRB Dry constituted the first step towards the digital transformation in the brand's communication, taking advantage of Augmented Reality technology to be able to "scan" its products and make known all the work of innovation, development and vanguard that the GRB faucet had behind it.
Using technology to show technology
Following the innovative and avant-garde line it carries out with its products and developments, GRB wanted to implement Augmented Reality technology in the communication of its GRB DRY smart faucet. For this reason, they decided to rely on Hyperexperience to carry out this work and create a hyper-realistic simulation, using this technology to show the operation of their products in an immersive way.
The great usefulness of this Hyperexperience was also focused on solving one of the big problems of this industry. What is this problem? Needing a real plumbing infrastructure to be able to show how is the use of the products in real time. Using Augmented Reality avoided the need to have the faucets with continuous water connection, reducing time, assembly, as well as economic expenses.
This innovation was highly considered by GRB, thinking not only to include it in their commercial process, but also to use it in fairs and events. In this way, they thought it would make it easier for them to set up stands by avoiding having to physically carry water to the taps, as they could carry it virtually thanks to Augmented Reality.
