Develop the official app of Grupo Lobe with the objective of turning it into the meeting point that revolutionizes its brand-customer communication.
Using an app as a sales tool
New technologies, properly applied, are capable of opening up a new world of possibilities for companies when it comes to renewing and innovating their sales methods. A very clear case was the app that we developed from DeuSens for Grupo Lobe.
We provided this mobile application with all our technological artillery allowing the user to use Augmented Reality, to give life to the buildings on plan, or Virtual Reality, to be transported to the promotions without even leaving the office.
In addition, we managed to create a new way to promote communication between the brand and the customer also including the ability to view videos and promotional images and to contact each of those responsible for the promotions via email or phone, or access the location with Google Maps. All this in the same app and without even having to leave the app.
Augmented Reality for off-plan apartments
Grupo Lobe has always been characterized for being a pioneer in the implementation of technology focused on the sale of homes. Throughout its history they have been able to see the potential of technology, and in this particular case, they were able to see the potential of Augmented Reality to provide their customers with different immersive experiences during the different phases of the decision to buy their apartments. In this way, with each visit to their offices, customers were becoming more and more attached to the brand.
In this regard, we designed an Augmented Reality HyperExperience that, by pointing with the cell phone on the floor plan of the house, allowed visualize how the walls were raised and furnished the different rooms of that particular house. This simulation allowed the client to check the final result of the house and imagine their future life living in it, generating a feeling of belonging associated with the brand.
Virtual Reality for virtual tours
Another of the great features included in the Lobe Group app was the use of Virtual Reality to allow users to teleport to any of the group's developments, wherever they are. In this way, we were able to speed up the selection of the properties to visit in person, which were those that most interested the client, reducing the time invested in the sale and purchase by both the client and the brand.
How did we carry out this HyperExperience? Using 360º technology we managed to capture every corner of the development, both indoors and outdoors, with a very high quality and detail. Subsequently, all the 360º images captured were assembled to generate the virtual space identical in shape, dimension and realism to the real space of the visit in person.
The visualization of the promotions could be done in a totally immersive way through the use of Virtual Reality glasses that were connected to the Smartphone with the app turned on. However, there was also the possibility of making the virtual tour only with a Smartphone, using the gyroscope of the same and 360º technology.
All the content and contact in one place
Focusing the content marketing strategy on the official app of the brand is a really interesting option to create a community around it that comes to the same place both to relate to the brand, and to visualize all its content, from videos and images in HD to immersive experiences such as those mentioned above, and even to contact directly when they are interested in requesting the products or services.
Thanks to its new official app, Grupo Lobe managed to reduce the acquisition cost of each customer by facilitating contact between customer and salesperson, through direct access to calls, emails and location from the application itself, without leaving it. But above all, the great advantage of this new app was to be able to provide users with new interactive experiences that facilitate the buying process, also managing to build trust and facilitate the brand-customer conversation.
