GOAL ACHIEVED
To surprise attendees and be the center of attention at the SIMA Autumn 2015 trade show, applying Hyperexperience to virtual tours of properties.
The commitment to real estate innovation
The real estate company Gilmar went to SIMA Autumn 2015 with the clear intention to surprise the audience and show them the advantages of using technology in the real estate sector. For this reason and taking advantage of the occasion, they decided to count on DeuSens Hiperexperiencia to create a virtual tour, through a 360º tour, allowing attendees to make virtual visits from anywhere, in this case from IFEMA, to their homes for sale.
The opportunities offered by this technology to make virtual visits through a 360º tour were evident and permeated among the audience who were very surprised to be teleported to the different homes, by placing the Virtual Reality glasses huge. Gilmar decided to demonstrate that the off-plan purchase was reaching its extinction, and that the trend at that time was to be allow customers to see the house as if they were physically there using a Virtual Reality glasses and a Smartphone, but being in any other part of the world, allowing the purchase of homes virtually and online.
Virtual visit in 360º with Virtual Reality
Gilmar had it clear, it was the innovation that wanted to show and the that users demanded, and no doubt this technology came to stay in a sector that despite being of traditional character, has always been in constant search for new ways to reinvent itself and get to provide new experiences for customers.
Through this technology, and thanks to the Hiperexperiencia, it was possible for attendees to visualize a home located on the coast, in Galicia, or located thousands of kilometers away, from the IFEMA pavilion itself. And how did we achieve this? By capturing the houses in 360º images that, after assembly, became a virtual space that the user could visit and visualize immersively as if it were a physical visit.
The reward of appearing in the media
Another of the company's main objectives when implementing this technology was to become the center of attention at the fair. Undoubtedly, one of the effects achieved by using the Hyperexperience is always the WOW effect that surprises users by introducing them to new and different situations.
Thanks to this Gilmar was one of the star real estate agencies of the fair, managing to appear in prestigious media such as El Mundo, Antena 3 or TVE. This technology, by the mere fact of being used, becomes a newsworthy fact. Using Virtual Reality and being able to teleport the attendees to any real or imaginary place, makes the Virtual Hyper-experience a perfect claim to use it in a stand as the perfect tool for promotion and sales.
