It also seeks to make visible the wide range of job opportunities that exist today for women, encouraging girls to pursue their dream jobs without being limited by the fact that they are female. All this is achieved with the help of women, professionals from multiple sectors, who are encouraged to participate by sharing their experience and serving as a reference and model for girls.
The event consisted mainly of an annual gala that the foundation holds every year during the dates close to Christmas, and in which women and girls from the different countries in which the foundation operates participate. In this year 2020, and due to health restrictions, it was impossible to carry out this event in person, so the foundation, far from suspending it, decided to rely on our online events platform and digitize its annual gala by making it completely virtual.
Annual Earth Reserve Celebration:
Reserva de la Tierra is a company that has a group of wineries in which they produce different varieties of wine and spirits, having an international presence and marketing their products in countries such as Germany, the United States, Brazil or China.
In this case, Reserva de la Tierra wanted to hold its annual event for managers and employees, but unlike other years, it was impossible to gather attendees from different countries due to health restrictions.
