Aitiip Centro Tecnológico is an applied research center specialized in developing technological solutions for industry. Its activity combines R&D, advanced manufacturing, and knowledge transfer to the business sector.
GOAL ACHIEVED
Turn Aitiip's business presentation into a navigable immersive experience, capable of showing its production plant, culture, and business lines without a physical visit.

DeuSens and Aitiip, partners in reinventing the corporate virtual visit

Aitiip needed a way to showcase its activity that went beyond a catalog or a PDF presentation. DeuSens proposed turning that need into a navigable virtual tour, accessible from any browser, replacing the physical visit with an equally complete experience.

The result was a living sales tool: a digital space Aitiip could share with clients, partners, and institutions without depending on schedules or travel.

A 3D digital twin faithful to the real production plant

Every corner of Aitiip's facilities was modeled in three dimensions at a 1:1 scale, faithfully reproducing the real layout of the production plant and corporate spaces. Users walk the same path a physical visitor would, with the same sense of scale and proximity.

This digital replica went beyond aesthetics: each area of the tour became a starting point for discovering relevant information about what happens there.

Interaction by zone: processes, culture, and business lines

Visitors move freely through the tour and, upon reaching each area, can trigger points of interest revealing content about the production process, the team's way of working, or the company culture. Nothing is imposed: each person builds their own journey based on what interests them.

Aitiip's business lines and products find their own space within the tour, naturally integrated into the journey rather than presented as an isolated list.

From sales presentation to a memorable immersive journey

What was once a series of slides became an experience that's remembered because it's lived, not read. The tour works just as well in a business meeting as at a trade show booth or shared via link after a first contact.

For Aitiip, this meant a new way of communicating who they are: less talk, more direct experience of their way of working and their identity as a technology center.
